Set on a busy inner-city street in Randwick Sydney, the front façade of this traditional terrace underwent a renovation that has made a huge impact.

The clever design that is both functional and beautiful was created by MacCormick Architects. For this busy family, they have gained what is considered an absolute luxury in this area, a double garage, and a roof top garden.

Featuring a beautiful natural rock faced sandstone, handmade contemporary steel balustrade, all new frieze work, corbels, tessellated tiles, and a landscape designed roof top garden.
