Project Overview

A substantial renovation on this historical beauty was undertaken, including an internal refurbishment to the original part of the home along with a new rear addition.In keeping with heritage requirements, new cedar windows were installed along with classic brush box flooring which complimented the natural sandstone throughout the property.

A highly contemporary rear addition featured heated polished concrete floors and bold colours. The new open plan living space connected to a new redesigned courtyard with sandstone paving and custom bin enclosure.
